Terms of Service

Revive is a health and wellness application that provides recovery scoring, personalized workouts, meal plans, AI coaching, and community features. Revive is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content and recommendations provided by Revive are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or health program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition or take medication.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Revive. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

By connecting your Oura Ring, Apple Health, or other wearable, you grant Revive permission to access and sync your health data for the purpose of providing the Service. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device or account settings.

When using community features you agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (b) post spam, sexual content, or harmful misinformation; (c) impersonate others; (d) post anything unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Some features of Revive may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer the app, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
